The car engine is the hardesta mechanism consisting of many aggregates and components that are closely interrelated. One of its most important elements is the camshaft, which is part of the gas distribution mechanism; it performs the function of letting in and out of the strokes of the motor. From its serviceability depends on the entire work of ICE, so you need to carefully monitor its technical integrity. When this shaft needs replacement, some owners do not rush to buy original parts, but rather pay attention to tuning. One of such elements is the camshaft "Nuzhdin", which is produced serially since 1998.
It should be noted that the installation of non-originalparts does not entail incorrect operation of the engine and does not increase the load on it. On the contrary - the tuning camshaft "Nuzhdin" makes the car more agile and dynamic on the road. As a result of its installation, the engine becomes more powerful, thereby increasing its torque.

Why is it needed?
The principle of his work is as follows. When the engine at low speeds of crankshaft is too small thrust, the car becomes slow and low-power. To prevent this from happening, you need to increase the speed of the fuel supplied to the cylinder. This is exactly what the tuning camshaft Nuzhdin is doing. As a result, the dynamics of acceleration and power increase substantially. By the way, the very principle of this mechanism does not change. The only thing it differs from the original camshafts is the valve stroke, which it provides. Depending on the kit, this value can be 1.3-4.5 mm.
How does he work?
The camshaft is engaged in the workingcycle of the engine (the period in which the exhaust and inlet valve is opened in each cylinder 1 time). This cycle is carried out for two revolutions of the crankshaft. At the same time, "Nuzhdin" rotates by 1 turn, which provides the impact of the cams on the valve. To do this, there is a special gear. Zubiev, as a rule, has twice as much teeth. The mechanism itself rotates from the crankshaft. The number of revolutions occurs in strict accordance with the phases of the gas distribution and depends on the order of operation of the cylinders.
