To impress your friends and acquaintances with your culinary skills and enjoy a delicious dessert, you do not have to knead the dough for a long time and stand at the stove.

1. Chocolate Banana Cake

You will need:

For the basics:

  • 100–200 g of cookies
  • 50–100 g of butter

For filling:

  • 2-3 bananas
  • 400 ml sour cream or natural yoghurt
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 6 tbsp. l sugar sand
  • 3 tbsp. l cocoa or 80–100 g of dark chocolate
  • 10 g gelatin

Cooking:

Gelatin pour 100 ml of water and leave to swell at the time indicated on the package. Smash the cookies and put them in the bowl of a blender or food processor. Grind it into a crumb.

Melt the butter, add to the crumb of the cookies and mix well. Put the mass on the bottom of a detachable form, level and well tamp. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Pour milk into the pan, add sugar, swollen gelatin and cocoa. Heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil.Remove from heat.

Add sour cream or natural yogurt. Mix.

Peel bananas, cut in half and put on the base. Carefully, slowly pour the top chocolate mass.

Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours to freeze.


2. Fruit and berry cake

You will need:

  • 300 g sponge cake
  • 0.5 liters of sour cream
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 tbsp. l gelatin
  • berries and fruits (strawberries, bananas, kiwi, etc.)

Cooking:

Break the cake into pieces, set aside.

Gelatin pour 1/2 cup of cold water and leave for half an hour. Then heat the water so that the gelatin is completely dissolved.

At this time, beat the sour cream and sugar and, while stirring, gradually add to them the gelatinous mixture. Cover the bottom of a deep bowl with cling film (or parchment). Lay out in layers: fruit / berries, then biscuit pieces, again a layer of berries / fruits, etc.

Then pour all the creamy gelatin mixture prepared earlier. Put the fruit cake for 3-4 hours in the fridge. Turn gently on a large plate and serve.


3. Cheesecake

You will need:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 10 g instant gelatin
  • 2/3 cup of water (or milk)
  • 250 g shortbread
  • 100 g butter
  • berry sauce for serving

Cooking:

Grind cookies with a blender into a crumb. Melt the butter, mix with the cookies, grind to a uniform crumb. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with a diameter of 21 cm with paper. Lay out the base for the cheesecake, tightly tamping crumbs from the cookies along the bottom and walls of the mold.

Gelatin diluted in 2/3 cup of water, leave for 10 minutes. Then put the cup of gelatin in hot water and, stirring constantly, completely dissolve the gelatin. Cottage cheese mix with condensed milk. In the resulting curd mass pour gelatin and thoroughly whisk all together.

Put the curd mass on the base of the cookies, level. Cover the form with the cheesecake with cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours to set. When serving, pour the berry sauce or jam.


4. Strawberry Cracker Cake

You will need:

  • 2 kg fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 500 g thick cream
  • 500 g crackers, better square
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 50 g of dark chocolate for decoration
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Cooking:

Separate strawberries from petioles, sort them out, rinse well with running water and leave in a colander to drain excess water.Then put a few berries to decorate the cake, and cut the remaining berries into thin slices.

Cream whipped with sugar and vanilla sugar in a thick cream. Split the crackers into 4 equal parts or into several parts according to the size of the dish in which the cake will be prepared.

Put the first layer of crackers in a dish for making strawberry cake, cover with whipped cream and put slices of strawberries on them. So repeat with all layers. Decorate the top layer of cream with slices of strawberries and strawberries, which are set aside for decoration.

Chocolate break and melt in the microwave. Make sure that it does not boil. Then gently pour the finished strawberry cake from the crackers with melted chocolate.


5. Milk Jelly with Chocolate

You will need:

  • 750 g of milk
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 30 g gelatin
  • vanilla to taste

Cooking:

Soak gelatin in cold boiled water at a ratio of 1: 8 and leave to swell for 30–40 minutes.

Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater and dissolve with the sugar in the hot milk, add the dissolved gelatin, bring to the boil, pour into the molds and cool.

Before serving, dip the jelly mold for 1-3 seconds in hot water, then cover with a plate and turn over, remove the mold. Pour jelly with syrup or garnish with whipped cream.


6. Bounty roll

You will need:

  • 200 g biscuits
  • 100 ml of water
  • 20–100 g sugar (depending on cookies)
  • 2 tbsp. l cocoa
  • 80 g coconut shavings
  • 80 g of softened butter
  • 60 g of powdered sugar

Cooking:

Chop the cookies into crumb, mix with cocoa. In hot water, dissolve sugar, cool. Gradually add water to the biscuit and mix until you make a sticky dough. Mix coconut flakes with butter and powder.

Roll out the mass of cookies on a food film into a rectangle (not too thick), spread the coconut mass on top, roll them up and put them in the freezer for an hour. Frozen roll cut with a sharp knife.


7. Peanut Butter Cake

You will need:

  • 30 chocolate cookies
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp. l butter
  • 1/2 liter cinnamon
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Cooking:

Grind cookies in a food processor or by hand in a plastic bag. Mix biscuits, melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.Put this mixture into a mold, spread it evenly over the surface and put in the fridge for an hour. (You can pre-bake for 7 minutes in the oven.) Beat peanut butter, 1/4 cup sugar, cream cheese and cream. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and put the mixture on it. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Decorate the cake with chopped chocolates or nuts.
